Services Available Adult Classes
Adult classes generally consist of breathing exercises (pranayama), physical postures (asanas), deep relaxation (savasana) and sometimes meditation. Students will feel energised and revitalised. Classes are an hour or an hour and a half. Children's Classes
Starting young at practicing yoga helps children maintain or improve their natural posture and composure. Yoga enables children to retain their flexibility, develop strength, sleep better, improve their levels of concentration and perform to their full potential at home and in school. Classes are varied and fun with a combination of breathing exercises, postures, chanting, yoga games and relaxation/visualisation techniques which all help children gain self- confidence, positivity and come to terms with many of their physical and mental developmental changes. Private Classes
One to one classes consist of tailoring a yoga practice to support one's interests and needs. Generally an hour duration. Cancellation Policy ~ Please try to give at least 48 hours notice to cancel/change a session. Missed appointments may require payment. |
